Terms and Conditions for RPGenie

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RPGenie and related services provided by HEYALBERT DIGITAL (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
RPGenie provides LiFE RPG features including Value Recommendation, Diagnosis Reports, NPC creation and customization, language and role assignment, quest cadence and style configuration, and scheduled quests with in-game rewards.
2. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate access for suspected abuse, security risk, or breach of these Terms.
3. Plans, billing, and refunds
We may offer paid plans with different limits and features.
Payments are processed by Creem. Applicable taxes may apply.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time, and your access will end immediately upon cancellation.

4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Violate any law or infringe the rights of others
Probe or scan systems without permission
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Attempt to access another user’s data
Use the Service to create or distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
Submit prompts that contain personal, confidential, or sensitive data that you do not have the right to process
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code where not permitted by law
Exceed fair-use or plan limits, including automated high-volume requests that degrade the Service.
5. Your content and license to us
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and process your content only to operate the Service, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. We do not use your content to train AI models.
6. AI outputs
AI generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use. Do not rely on RPGenie for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. RPGenie is a tool that assists, it does not replace human judgment.
7. Intellectual property
RPGenie, the LiFE RPG brand assets, code, models, and documentation are owned by HEYALBERT DIGITAL or its licensors. Except for rights expressly granted, we reserve all rights.
8. Third party services
The Service integrates with third party AI providers, hosting, email, and payment processors. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies.
9. Service changes and availability
We may modify features or limits to improve reliability or security. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or if your use threatens the security or availability of the Service. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends. Certain sections that by their nature should survive will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. We do not guarantee that RPGenie will be error free, uninterrupted, or that outputs will be accurate or reliable.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HEYALBERT DIGITAL and its officers, employees, contractors, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
13. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HEYALBERT DIGITAL from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
14. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the Service and these Terms at any time. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
