This Privacy Policy explains how HEYALBERT DIGITAL (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use RPGenie and related sites or services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.
1. What RPGenie is
RPGenie is part of the LiFE RPG ecosystem and provides production-grade features including:
Value Recommendation that calculates in-game rewards aligned with LiFE RPG balancing, your settings, and task difficulty.
Automatic Diagnosis Reports and reward calculation.
Companion Hall to create and customize NPCs, assign language, role, cadence, and quest style.
Scheduled quests daily, weekly, or monthly, each with in-game rewards.
2. Data we collect
We intentionally minimize data collection.
Account data: Email address and one-time passwords for verification.
Content you submit to RPGenie: the text and settings you provide (for example goals, NPC configurations, prompts) and the generated outputs necessary to deliver the features above.
Cookies: strictly necessary cookies for session and preferences. We do not use third-party analytics cookies. We do not collect or store device details, browser details, IP addresses, or referral URLs, beyond transient processing by hosting infrastructure.
3. How we use your information
To provide and maintain the Service (login and OTP, dashboards, quests, logs, refresh, scheduling).
To operate basic account functions tied to your email and to keep the Service secure.
We store only the content you submit and minimal log metadata (query title, response summary, timestamps, credit usage) to operate the Service. We do not read, analyze, or review your content for unrelated purposes and do not use your content to train AI models.
4. AI processing and your prompts
Your prompts and related context are sent to third party AI providers to generate responses. Do not include personal, confidential, or sensitive information in prompts unless strictly necessary. Processing is automated for the sole purpose of providing the Service. We do not use your content for analytics, marketing, or model training.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for session management, and remembering preferences. You can control cookies in your browser. Certain features may not work without them.
6. Sharing your information
We share information only with:
Service vendors and processors that support RPGenie (hosting, email delivery, logging, AI providers).
Payment processor: Creem. We do not receive full card details.
Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share with affiliates.
7. Retention
Content you submit and interaction logs are retained up to 30 days, then deleted automatically.
Payment records and invoices may be retained by Creem under their legal obligations; this does not include your RPGenie prompts or outputs.
Many reputable providers adopt 30-day retention windows for abuse detection, which we mirror in a stricter, deletion-first approach.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object or restrict certain processing.
To exercise rights, email contact@heyalbert.co with proof of identity. We will respond in a reasonable time as required by law.
9. International transfers
We may process and store data in countries outside your own. We use reasonable safeguards for cross border transfers as required by applicable law.
10. Security
